Who We Are

Empowerment through Diversity

Servant Hearts, is driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all LGBT+ seniors and community members. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.

What We Do

Three Core Projects

Servant Hearts is responsive to the needs and interests of the community we serve.  Our three core projects are:

Wisdom ProjectCreating community for elder LGBT people and allies in the greater Sacramento area that supports physical and mental well- being, community outreach, self-sufficiency and spirituality through programs and resources.

Rhythms of Empowerment:  Empowering lives through engaging programs that offer positive life changing tools and reimaging your purpose in life.

Respect & Awareness: Building respect and more inclusive communities, through education and respectful open conversations that dispel homophobic fears.  Trainings are offered throughout the year.
